Returns

Items may be returned within 5 days of delivery.

Returned items must:

  • Be unused
  • Be in original packaging
  • Include all accessories

Returns may be rejected if products show signs of use or damage caused after delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Personalized products
  • Clearance items
  • Gift cards

Refunds

After inspecting your returned item, refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.

For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds may be issued through bank transfer or store credit.

Wrong or Damaged Orders

If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, notify us within 48 hours with photos.
